Is there a free trial?
There is no time-limited free trial and no recurring free tier. Instead, every new account gets one complimentary demo: record a meeting up to 60 minutes and receive a full AI summary powered by Claude Sonnet 4.6 — no credit card, no subscription. After that, choose a plan if you want to continue.
Does Spoken Note send my audio to the cloud?
No. Audio recordings and the transcription process both stay on your iPhone. Only the resulting text is sent — encrypted in transit — to a third-party AI processor to generate summaries, decisions and chat responses.
Which languages are supported?
Spoken Note uses NVIDIA Parakeet TDT v3 via FluidAudio, which supports 25 languages on-device, including Italian, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, and many more.
Is it legal to record my meetings?
Recording laws vary by country and even by canton or state. You are responsible for complying with the consent rules that apply where you are. Spoken Note plays a courtesy announcement at the start of every recording, but the legal responsibility lies with you.
What devices does it run on?
Spoken Note requires iOS 26 or later on iPhone. On-device transcription benefits from recent Apple Silicon performance.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple through the App Store and renew automatically. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your Apple ID subscription settings. All sales are final; refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policy. Apple Family Sharing is not enabled.
Can I delete my data?
At any time. Recordings, transcripts and summaries live in the app and can be deleted individually from each note or all at once from Settings → Storage. Uninstalling the app removes everything from your device.
